Everyone knows about TED Talks. It’s one of the most popular podcasts in the nation for a reason. If you’re busy or your drive to work is short, these may be the best option for you. They keep their talks down to less than 20 minutes. Each talk features something different and you’re bound to find something you like.


Inspire Nation

Learn how to overcome obstacles with Inspire Nation, which features everyone from regular people to health experts. They also have their own blog, so if you don’t have time to listen for an hour or hour and a half, you can check that out for some healthy tidbits.


Invisibilia

Invisibilia is all about revealing what forces drive us that we may not be aware of. Chalkful of inspirational stories from real people, it gives people a chance to think more deeply about their current perspective on life.
